Delivery

We deliver direct to your door coast to coast in Australia and most International destinations. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us. The following information will give you an excellent guide to our delivery procedures.

Fast Turnaround is our goal every time!

As soon as you place your order we receive an email notification and we check for orders regularly during the day and night. Our delivery turn around times ranges from 1 to 7 days depending on your location. We endeavour to despatch your goods the same or following business day from when we receive your order.

Cost Effective Delivery!

For standard small purchases we charge a flat fee of just $9.95 Australia Wide.

 For larger orders our delivery charges are based on the amount, volume and weight as well as your delivery destination and preferred delivery method. We of course will always endeavour to keep this volume postal charge to a minimum and select the most cost effective method for delivery to our customers.

While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.

Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.

In Australia: Our Standard delivery provider for mailing services within Australia is Australia Post. For delivery times and service guarantees please refer directly to the Australia Post website here www.auspost.com.au

International Delivery

Please note the shipping charge for your order does not include any possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
